A large scale silicone render project! Rendered over 20 years ago, it was starting to crack and give. New windows and doors meant big gaps and areas to be repaired. We installed a manufacturer specified Baumit render system. It looks great!

We received a panicked phonecall from a builder in South Elmsall on a Thursday morning. They were due to complete works on a carehome, but CQC (the carehome governing body) wouldn’t sign off until the render had been completed. And the renderer they had booked had walked off without warning! Within 2 hours we had surveyed the site, and arranged materials and labour. Friday at 10am, we had a team of 4 men working and all the materials were there. Within 6 working days we had it completed. CQC could sign off and the carehome could then be operational. We have great relationships with suppliers and dedicated teams which allow us to tackle projects quickly and get them turned around fast!

This house had cracked and blown render all along the front face. We removed it back to brick and installed a new basecoat render. Then finished it in SprayCork Cotton colour. All done within 4 working days!

This was a joint project, two terraced houses both with failing pebbledash renders. We completely stripped them back to brick. Installed a new basecoat render system. Then finished in White SprayCork. We even added Sunlit Clay SprayCork features for the stones and lintels as well!

This property had consistent issues with flaky paint. The team cleaned and scraped any loose paint, repaired the existing render. Then applied SprayCork in Driftwood colour. Absolutely transformed this property and the maintenance free SprayCork gives lasting peace of mind!
